30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@ritkeeps.com.au with your order number.
- We'll arrange a free pickup and email a return label within 24–48 hours.
- Pack the item securely and hand it to the carrier.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued in AUD to the original payment method. Shipping is free both ways, so you get the full purchase price back.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged from misuse or improper assembly
- Gift cards and clearance items marked "final sale"
